Over this past weekend, Chiki went to a Malaysian wedding in Connecticut. He took bunches of pictures and had a great time with some old pals from the Navy. None of the wifey's attended, but move over boys ... we are all over the NYC trip in January!! Anyhow, the wedding ceremony was 1 1/2 hours long, and involved lots of yelling and drinking. In the Malaysian culture, the bride sits at the alter with the her mother while the groom walks down the isle with a candle lit bouquet. Chiki said there was lots of interesting food (there is a good possibility he may have eaten an eyeball, but is not 100% sure), lots of culture, and tons of fun. Just in case you are all wondering what me and the little girlies did while he was gone, we had a blast. We did mud volleyball, and spent lots of time at the pool. Although we had lots of fun, we are HAPPY that Chiki is back. I don't have pictures of the mud volleyball but here are some pictures from Chiki's trip.

So fun! I love to see how other cultures do things and try to keep their cultures alive! As for little Olivia in the bathing suit so cute! I need to get a cute one of Izz, but Carst aslways has the camera. I need to get another someday! Hope to see you soon! I can't believe these little ones are almost a year!!! Ahhhh!
